Supglass Porduction Line Process
SupGlass has strict QC process to ensure high quality goods with our customer. We have more than 20 steps for producting Supglass tempered glass, start from curving glass and dropball test &stress test after cleaning it and stick on board . Supglass can avoid mass quantity issue throwing strictly QC process. During production, firstly, we will CNC tempered glass and start hot bending with 120C arc on corner. Secondly, we will electroplate fingerprint oil and test more than 10000times to make it goes smoothly and durablely. Thirdly, we will tempering screen protector with 3hours and stick together with Korean AB glue to not hurt End-user with spiculate glass in case glass broken. Supglass always think from end-customer and devoting self to offering better service.
